Yearly Dues

Yearly owner/renter fees are due on or before March 1, 2026 (This is new in 2026)

 Paying yearly dues is imperative. Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for lake use and maintenance, such as dam upkeep, incurs significant costs that are offset by residents' dues. Living in a lake neighborhood greatly enhances the value of your home due to the scenic views, recreational opportunities, and the overall desirability of waterfront living.  See the graph below.
